XENO Academy support

Delete your account

You can ask me to delete your XENO Academy account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need the app for this.

1. Choose Delete my account in the form above, or email steve@xenoacademy.com.
2. Use the email address you sign in with, so I can find your account.
3. I'll confirm the request by email and let you know once your account is deleted.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your learning records, such as enrollments, progress and submitted assignments, and your support messages. Some records may be kept where the law requires it. If you unsubscribed from emails, a short note of that may also be kept, so you don't get them again. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
